Olanur — Lawyer Matching Platform
SaaS platform connecting clients with the right lawyers — smart matching engine, attorney profiles, and a seamless onboarding flow built for trust and conversion.
The Challenge
Legal services are one of the highest-stakes categories for online trust. Building a platform that matches clients with lawyers requires communicating both the trustworthiness of the matching process and the quality of the lawyer network — simultaneously, to two audiences: people with legal problems and attorneys who want cases. Getting that balance wrong means losing one side of the marketplace.
Our Solution
We built a two-sided platform UI that speaks clearly to both audiences from the homepage: prospective clients see a reassuring onboarding flow that guides them from their legal issue to the right attorney type; lawyers see a professional profile system and clear value proposition for joining the network. The smart-matching interface was designed to feel simple despite the complexity underneath.
Results
The platform launched with a clean, professional presence that established Olanur's legitimacy in a trust-sensitive category. The two-sided UX successfully separated the experiences for clients and attorneys, reducing confusion in the onboarding flow and improving completion rates on both sides of the marketplace.
Legal tech platforms face unique design challenges because users on both sides of the marketplace have high stakes and low tolerance for confusion. A person with a legal problem is often anxious, under time pressure, and not technically sophisticated — the platform needs to make the matching process feel simple and safe. Attorneys are professionals evaluating the platform's credibility before they invest their time. Olanur's design navigates both expectations simultaneously.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you design a two-sided marketplace website?+
By treating each user type as a separate audience with distinct needs, goals, and anxieties — and then finding a unified visual language that serves both. The homepage typically needs a clear entry point for each side, with the subsequent experience diverging based on which path the user takes.
What makes legal tech platforms different to design?+
Trust is the dominant design requirement. Users on both sides of a legal matching platform are making high-stakes decisions. Every element — color choices, copy tone, UI flow — has to communicate competence, security, and transparency.
Can this type of platform scale to thousands of attorneys and clients?+
Yes. We build with scalability as a first-class requirement on any marketplace project, including efficient database architecture, server-side optimization, and an admin infrastructure that can manage a growing network without becoming unmanageable.
Do you build SaaS platforms and web applications beyond marketing sites?+
Yes. In addition to marketing and portfolio websites, we build custom web applications, marketplaces, CRM systems, and internal tools. Contact us to discuss your platform's specific requirements.
