Replies may first come from our AI assistant, which uses OpenAI to generate them; a member of our team can read the conversation and join at any time.

To help us understand where enquiries come from and to prevent abuse, we also record technical details with each chat: your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (city, region and country), your browser type, and the page you started on. We use these only internally and never sell or share them.

Your contact form submissions are stored securely in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database with row-level security). We use SSL encryption for all data transmission. Access to your data is restricted to authorized team members only.

We use essential cookies for theme preferences and session management. We use Google Analytics cookies (anonymized) to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.
