Unified Marketing Operations Dashboard

A marketing team was pulling data from 6 different platforms every Monday for their weekly report. We built a unified dashboard that auto-aggregates Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads.

Our Solution

Built a Next.js dashboard connected to Google Analytics 4 API, Search Console API, and Meta Ads API. Key metrics update daily. Automated weekly PDF report delivered to the team every Monday at 8am via Resend.

Weekly reporting time reduced from 3 hours to 0. Data freshness improved from weekly to daily. Team now makes faster, data-driven decisions. Director recovered 12 hours/month.

The PDF includes the week's key metrics across all platforms — organic traffic summary from Search Console, website behaviour from GA4, and paid performance from Meta. Each metric is shown with a week-over-week comparison and a 4-week trend line. It takes 30 seconds to read.

Can this dashboard be white-labeled for client reporting for an agency?+

Yes. We have built versions of this dashboard architecture for agencies that want to offer their clients a branded live performance dashboard.
